Jasper A. Kiepe

Jasper studied Philosophy, Arts and Media Studies in both Hildesheim and Istanbul. He is a graduate of an Msc. in Politics of Conflict, Rights and Justice at SOAS. Prior to SOAS, he spent two years working for an NGO in Kampala, Uganda. He is one of the founding members and Alumni Editor of (Re)imagining Peace + Justice.

Jasper is interested in Human Rights, Development, Media Ethics and the ethical and legal implications of justice. His main research focuses are on conflicts and their socio-economic dimensions, with special regard to sub-Saharan Africa and the MENA region.
